Hatch green chile mac and cheese: FishSki's OG flavor and fan favorite! Macaroni and cheese with cheddar, hatch green chile, and garlic. A medium spicy delight, full of southwestern flavor. Taste the incredible subtle sweet, smoky, crisp taste of green chile from new Mexico's hatch valley. To make our mac and cheese all you need to do is boil 2 cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously. Packed in recyclable, portable and pack able, weather resistant bags. As always 3% of every sale is donated to local conservation or access efforts that improve fishing and/or skiing. 6 oz, 2 servings per bag.

Everything we make is inspired by the foods and cultures of the Mountain Southwest and requires just water and minimal preparation (no straining). All our meals are vegetarian, all natural, and made with NON-GMO milk, peppers, pasta; and real Hatch Chile from New Mexico farms. Our packaging is recyclable, pack-able, and weather resistant to take on adventures or keep around for when you might not have much in the house. We (Rob and Tania) founded FishSki Provisions to share our passions with the world: flyfishing, skiing, and Southwestern foods. In addition to creating delicious, easy to prepare, and accessible Southwestern meals we give over 3% of our sales to volunteer conservation or recreational access efforts to ensure there will be great fishing and skiing in the future.
